1. Is Herlizia's wig made from human hair?

Yes! Our wigs are made from 100% human virgin hair.

2. Can I ask for small or large cap size?

Our cap size is medium 22.5 inches for all wigs, and we have combs and adjustable straps inside to help fit your head.

If you need a small (21.5 inches) or large cap (23.5 inches), we're able to customize it for you. You can contact us via email xxx before you place an order. Or you can place an order and leave notes about your cap size.

3. Is the hair pre-plucked or pre-bleached?

All of our wigs are pre-plucked, pre-cut lace and pre-bleached, and you can customize it again once you receive it.

4. Can I dye or curl the hair?

Yes. Our hair is 100% human hair, which means you are free to dye or curl it. If you need to dye a wig, we highly recommend consulting a professional hairstylist.

About Usage

1. How should I care for my wigs?

For wavy wigs, we suggest washing them twice a week. For curly wigs, we recommend washing them once a week. Proper care can extend the lifespan of your wig. You could follow daily care tips:

・Rinse the wig with warm water.
・Apply hair conditioner to the hair, and gently detangle it with your fingers or wide toothbrush. Then rinse the wig with warm water, and use shampoo to wash your hair.
・Gently squeeze out the excess water without wringing or twisting the hair to avoid tangling.
・Let it air dry in a well-ventilatd place. If you prefer to use a hairdryer, please use a low temperature mode when you blow dry it.

2. How to maintain the texture of a wig?

For wavy wigs, we recommend use a roller to wrap the hair in their original pattern. For curly wigs, you may use curl-defining products to maintain their curls.

3. Can I change the style of the wigs?

Yes! Our hair is 100% human hair, and you can restyle it using a hair dryer, straightener, or curling iron.

1. How can I track my order?

Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order. Track your order by using the tracking number provided to you once your package has been shipped.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipment typically will be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you're located.

3. How do I cancel my order?

Before the package is shipped out, we can help you cancel the order. If you want to cancel it, please contact herliziahair@outlook.com. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the package has been shipped out.
